Natalia Menéndez (Madrid, Spain) is a theatre and television actress, as well as a playwright for the Company 10 & 10 Danza. She regularly gives acting workshops, master classes and conferences on classical theatre across Europe, America, Asia and Africa. Throughout her career she has been awarded several National prizes such as Medalla CELCIT, Premio Chivas 06, Premio Ojo Crítico, Premio Agora. She has recently been appointed to the Civil Order of Alfonso X el Sabio. She is also part of the executive committee of the cultural association of the Madrid Regional Government and co-producer of the Dd and Duskon theatre production company.

Commissioned by the GIFT Festival 2019 within the framework of the state programs “Support to Internationalization of Culture – Georgia in Europe, Europe in Georgia” and “Check in Georgia”
We would like to inform you that Georgian International Festival of Arts GIFT in Tbilisi in honor of Mikhail Tumanishvili will celebrate its 22nd edition from October 16 till November 16/ 2019 to deliver to the Georgian theatergoers and the art-lover audience the range of artistic endeavor which will promote European understanding through excellent culture.
In a bold act of optimism and reconciliation the GIFT festival was founded as a strong massage of piece in Caucasus in 1997. After 22 years it has been shaped into an open, influential platform bringing the very best international arts to the audiences across the region, setting a new concept for Culture as an instrument for European values, democracy, social inclusion, solidarity and justice.
The Gift Festival unites international artists, audiences, festival lovers, travelers, journalists and civic activists in Tbilisi for a month every autumn, to experience a coherent curated artistic programme that also highlights Georgia as a significant participant in a worldwide conversation.
The Gift festival is a member of EFA/European Festival Association, the longest serving network of arts festivals founded in Geneva in 1952. By offering festival makers a front seat in European policy-making EFA unites its members to contribute to the artistic life of Europe. As a part of European festival community the GIFT festival is intelligible to present its advanced capacity for European partnership in the fields of culture, and also to become engaged in the quality and the social responsibility of our artistic product to attract diverse audiences and make the festival more sustainable for public.
From 2019 the festival is opening the GIFT Festival Club offering to its members an intercultural network, access to social and professional occasions, club events and a seasonal ticket to all shows presented by the program. By developing this new business model we call our audiences to the most up-to-date, insightful, and complete partnership with our festival to build a bigger festival society and participate in development of environmental, cultural, social and economic sustainability in Georgia.
